Lilly finds exploration in dance through improvisational movement. She often finds artistic inspiration through experimental music, and using the body to make sound while dancing. As a dual-major in Psychology, her work relies on discovering artistic expression through abstracting human experiences and life changes, emotions, and how the mind and body connect to portray non-verbal messages. In a world that is constantly evolving, she values adapting new methods and feedback from collaborators and professors to create dance. She values acknowledging dance history to educate others about historical context, and how learning history helps others understand what shapes our society.  Lilly's goals are to create safe environments which help others unlock their true potential, by allowing individuals to explore themselves in judgement free ways.
